2. Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old (and meet any applicable local age requirement) to create an account. By using the Service you represent that you meet the eligibility requirements.
3. Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. You agree to provide accurate information and to update it as needed. We may suspend or terminate accounts for violations or suspicious activity.
4. User content
- You retain ownership of content you upload or post (ratings, reviews, lists, comments), but by submitting content you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, store, reproduce, modify, and display that content as reasonably necessary to operate and promote the Service.
- You agree not to post content that violates laws, infringes others’ rights, or is abusive, defamatory, pornographic, or otherwise objectionable. We may remove or restrict content that violates these Terms.
5. Intellectual property
The Service, its design, text, graphics, logos, and software are owned or licensed by us and are protected by IP laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without our written permission.

If you purchase subscriptions or paid features, you authorize recurring billing as described at purchase. Fees are non-refundable except as required by law or stated in a refund policy. We may change pricing with notice.

You must not: reverse engineer the app, scrape or harvest data, impersonate others, interfere with the Service, use automated means to access the Service without permission, or circumvent usage limits and security.
9. Disclaimer of warranties
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that content is accurate.
10. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability to you for any damages arising from these Terms or the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the prior 12 months (or USD 100 if you paid nothing). We are not liable for indirect, incidental, punitive, or consequential damages.

12. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access for violations of these Terms or for any reason with notice. Upon termination, your license to use the Service ends. Certain provisions (IP, disclaimers, indemnity, limitation of liability) survive termination.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where mandatory local consumer law applies. Courts located in California shall have exclusive jurisdiction, except where prohibited by applicable law.

We may update these Terms; we will post the revised Terms with a new effective date and, where required, notify users. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

16. Miscellaneous
Entire agreement: these Terms and the Privacy Policy constitute the entire agreement. Severability: if a provision is invalid, the remainder remains in effect. Assignment: we may assign rights and obligations in connection with a sale or transfer of the business.
